Dear All,

We all must have experienced or witnessed cheating at some point in our lives. I decided to compile this report due to popular demand. I have recieved numerous letters from people worried about their partners faithfulness so I came up with this. This report was compiled from letters recieved, interviews conducted, surveys, research, personal experiences and good old common sense.

Here are the top give-aways

1. Telephone Calls:

Sure, if your other half funs his/her business from home, they may be getting numerous of calls from clients or prospects, so do not immediately jump to the conclusion that they are cheating. What you should really watch out for is a sudden change in their telephone activities. If for example, they suddenly start receiving late night calls when they hardly ever did then that could be a vital indicator of infidelity.
A cheating spouse would usually delete their call history from their phones in an attempt to cover their tracks. If they receive calls and usually need to go to another room to take them then something may be going on.
They may also hang up when you suddenly walk into the room or tell the other person that they'll call them back later.
Other telephone related signs may be people calling your phone and hanging up. Your competition may have retrieved your number from your spouses phone and call just to hear your voice or find out where you are.

The biggest telephone give-away however is when your spouse suddenly starts hiding their mobile phone. If they suddenly start keeping their phones out of sight then something is definitely wrong. Some women may keep their phones hidden away in their purses while some men may even go to bed with their phones in their pockets.
When your spouse also gets overprotective over their phone, then you need to open your eyes a little bit wider. Do the words " Don't ever answer my phone again sound familiar to you?". Think!

2. Emails and online accounts:

If things the two of you used to share openly suddenly become private, pay attention because something is probably up. He/she may start password protecting their computer activity(computer access, email passwords, networking site passwords etc).
Some might even have email accounts that you weren't even aware of.
If your spouse it was for an obvious reason known to you. If you ask why or attempt to find out information that used to be common knowledge between the two of you, you will be accused of snooping or being controlling. Big warning sign!

3. Sex :
If your partners sex drive suddenly begins to wane, this could possibly indicate that cheating is occurring, especially if they have never demonstrated this behaviour before. However, you should realise that stress and other problems may also cause a decrease in sex drive so please take this into account.
An increase in sexual desire and sudden willingness to try new things and positions could also be a sign. Where are all these new tricks being learnt?

4. Working Patterns:

A sudden change in working patterns may be a tell tale sign.
Perhaps your partner suddenly starts coming home later than usual or starts going to work earlier you need to take a closer look. It could be that they have suddenly started going out alone, when you two used to spend all of your time together. This could be an indicator of extra-curricular activities. You may want to ask your partner where they are going or where they have been and if he or she becomes defensive, you may want to start looking for other signs.
Working late, going to work at odd hours or, putting in more time than is normal on work related issues can be indications that a spouse is cheating.
Overtime and business trips suddenly become frequent? That could be a sign.

5. Internet

One of the easiest ways to meet people and start illicit relationships is through the internet. With the advances of technology, especially with the advance of the internet, it is easier to seek and find others willing to cheat with you. If your partner starts spending most of their time on the Internet or finds excuses to get on the computer when you are asleep or when you are not at home, this may indicate infidelity. If they becomes secretive about his/her time on the web and start password protecting online accounts, this could be a sign that something is going on.

6. Money:

Unexplained expenses on statements and credit cards acould be a sign that your partner may be cheating. Unexplained charges to restaurants, hotels, shops selling female accessories etc may be suspect. Maybe you pack his lunch every morning but he has been eating out at lunch!!! Does your partner become defensive about these charges when questioned about them?

7. Uneccessary Arguements:

Constantly picking fights with you for no apparent reason
The reason could be that they are simply looking for an excuse to stomp out of the house without having to explain where they are going. That is pure genius!!

8. Unexplained absences:

You find out by accident that they were off work a day they were supposedly meant to be at work..
One questionable but common sign –A sudden change in grooming habits.
Your partner suddenly starts paying special attention to their appearance, start going to the gym, buying new sexy underwear, suddenly investing in a new range of aftershaves or perfumes. This sudden preoccupation with his or her appearance is often linked to cheating or an intention to cheat.

9. Miscellaneous signs:

Spends a lot of time on the computer, especially after you have gone to bed.
Your spouse seems less comfortable around you and is irritable and easily moved to anger.
He/she loses attention in the activities in the home and is often deep in thought and absent minded.
You find condoms when you do not use them.
Begins to delete all incoming phone calls from the caller ID.
Has a sudden desire to be helpful with the laundry.
Has unexplained scratches, bites or bruises on his or her neck or back.

10. Your Own fears and suspicions

If you find yourself looking for excuses for your spouse's behavior or trying to convince yourself that they would never cheat then that is a warning sign. Your intuition is frequently one of the best indicators that something is wrong. If you suspect your spouse might be cheating on you, do some investigating and then talk to him/her about what you've found. Do it in a way that is calm and courteous. Ask for honesty. Be prepared for lies. It is a sad fact that people having affairs become excellent liars.

DELES FINAL THOUGHT:
Just because some of the things in this report seem to fit your own situation, it is not necessarily proof that your spouse is cheating on you. This is simply a comprehensive list of tell tale signs of cheating and is not intended to sow distrust into any ones relationship.
In as much as we do our best to commit to our relationships, we only have control over our own hearts and are often at the mercy of our partners regardless of what we think or say. Cheating is often exciting, thrilling and uplifting but eventually one or two people are going to get hurt.

The answer to why men cheat- by Dele Onabowu-Sodade

Adultery has been around forever, and has always given us something to talk about. Most reality TV shows these days center on it, as do gossip mags. But we are close to cracking the big mystery: Why do some men cheat?

This one is about men, so guys i will be going into why women cheat pretty soon. And ladies, use this resource as an educational tool giving you an insight into the inner workings of a mans mind.

All men know, at some level, that cheating is wrong and can never be justified. From the earliest age, we are taught the virtues of monogamy. "Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife," bellows our Judea-Christian consciousness. Yet we still do it. Ladies by he time you finish reading this, it will answer the most common question women ask after a betrayal: "If he loved me, why did he do it?". That is simply because most men can separate Love and Sex. He might love you to death and still engage in clandestine and forbidden liaisons.

Blame it on the genes
In troubled relationships, cheating can be an easy alternative to the burden of a breakup or the agony of divorce. It's a quick fix for the sake of the couple's or the family's integrity. Some of us have even gone so far as to enact the long-distance code: If you cheat in another postcode, it doesn't count.

And with evolutionary psychologists telling us that we are wired to lay our seeds in as many women as possible to ensure our genetic survival, adultery is slowly becoming a defensible misdeed, which may explain why women are catching up to men in the game of infidelity.

Because of our insatiable appetite for sex, we men can sometimes only be as faithful as our options.

I have done some research and come up with the Top 10 reasons why men cheat!!!!

Let's start the countdown...

10. THE LADY DOESN'T PUT OUT

Every man has heard that the best way to get a woman to stop having sex with him is by marrying her. Apparently, long-term relationships seem to suck the sex drive out of many women, leaving men gasping for fulfilment. With the need for more sex, some men will start "working late" more often.

Or it could just be that the sex has become boring. She doesn't want to try new things in bed, or won't perform fellatio. Some men may cheat because they don't want their girlfriends or wives to perform certain sex acts that would ruin their "good girl" image, so they get a mistress to take care of it. Like Robert de Niro said in Analyze This , "That's the mouth she kisses my kids good night with!", referring to why he wouldn't let his wife give him a BJ.

9 .SHE CHEATED ON ME

So you found out your lady was being unfaithful, and the only way you can relieve your anger is by doing the same. For many men, this is the only way to get back at their cheating girlfriends and even the score. Some men might even cheat to get back at all the cheating women they've had the misfortune of dating throughout their lives; now that's efficiency.

8.IT'S CHALLENGING AND EXCITING

If you consider the women you sleep with "sexual trophies," chances are you have already cheated at least once in your life. Some men simply cannot leave behind the thrill of the hunt, the chase and the conquest. For other men, the excitement is in the variety, like changing ice cream flavors for one day after years of sticking to just one.

7. I CAN GET AWAY WITH IT

"What eyes don't see, the heart doesn't feel," goes the old adage, and it still holds true, as long as there are no cameras around. The knowledge that no one will find out and no one will get hurt is reason enough for some men to grab a different helping. But be careful; as men get craftier with avoiding detection, women get more sophisticated with detecting, not to mention boosting their network of spies.

6.IT BOOSTS HIS EGO

Nothing lifts the old self-esteem like discovering that other women still desire you sexually. When in long-term relationships, men may begin to question their sexual marketability, which will lead some of them to sow their clandestine wild oats. in some cases the man just needs to know if he 's still got it. Men going through mid-life crisis may fall victim to this need for re-assurance especially when the woman at home is making them feel less of a man.
What's a guy to do when his girlfriend's-a-naggin' and opportunity comes-a-knockin'?

5 .OPPORTUNISTS

It's an uncontested fact that most men can't say "no" to sex except for the few like me. Although guys aren't constantly bombarded with sexual offers, sometimes an irresistible prospect presents itself. Maybe it's a frisky ex-girlfriend, maybe it's a horny hottie on the dance floor. A guy may see it as once-in-a-lifetime chance and turning it down will be criminal. Carpe diem , as they say.

4. MY GIRLFRIEND OR WIFE IS A NAG

Most men have experienced at least one woman who thrives on making him feel like crap. Constant nagging, fighting and squabbling in the right ratios is the best recipe for a headache. Cheating with another woman is a common escape from this domestic hell, and works better than aspirin(as one man claimed).

3. WOMEN LET US

Truth be told, women are quick to forgive men for their unfaithful behavior. Maybe it's their fear of being alone, or that women are simply the more merciful ones of the human species. Some women might even blame themselves for their men's infidelities, and take steps to improve their relationships. The fact that many women let their men get away with murder might compel them to cheat. Just ask Bill Clinton.

2.SHE DOESN'T TURN YOU ON ANYMORE

Long-term relationships have the annoying habit of making people lazy. No longer concerned with staying fit and attractive, a committed woman might lose the allure she once had. Her man may simply not find her beautiful anymore, and making love to her is not as stirring as it once was. Some women take things for granted and stop making an effort to look good and irresistible.

1. THE LOVE HAS GONE

Alas, after a long time together, you have lost the feelings you once had for her. But the relationship has remained too much a part of you. Separating seems so painful, so radical that it's almost inconceivable. So instead of separating, you go elsewhere to get your physical gratification. Most times this does not help matters, but only prolongs the inevitable breakup.

Dele's Final thought:

In the end, cheating is no joking matter. If you are cheating on your girlfriend or wife, it might be that you are unhappy in the relationship, or that you have issues that you should address. Look at the big picture and see your unfaithfulness as a symptom of a bigger problem.

Cheating might feel good as a quick escape from your problems, but it's only an anaesthetic -- not a long-term solution.

The reason why women cheat. GUYS yo must read this!!! by Dele Onabowu-Sodade

As I promised, I give to you the Top reasons why women cheat.

I know that a lot of men can be oblivious to women's needs and often take things for granted but watch out guys, the tables may be turning.

A poll I conducted on female infidelity revealed that 60% of them had cheated on a spouse before, a figure much higher than I expected.

I compiled this list from letters thousands of letters I have received over the years working as an Agony Uncle and from polls and surveys i have conducted. Most of the causes seem to stem from these so read on.

1. My man takes me for granted

The most common justification for infidelity I hear from women is that they feel taken for granted.

You discuss what the kids did in school and which bills need to be paid, when the car needs an oil change and whether you should paint the house. But you haven't really talked in a while. You know, about all those things – hopes, dreams, ideals – that you spent hours discussing as you lay in each other's arms... before you had kids, car payments and a mortgage.
When a woman feels like little more than a household drudge, attention from someone else becomes extremely seductive. "If there's a failure to communicate – which is so reinforcing to women in terms of intimacy, emotional satisfaction and relationship satisfaction – then women look outside the relationship for that kind of connection,"
This is the most important reason women cheat. When she is unhappy or dissatisfied in your relationship, she is more likely to be tempted to look elsewhere.

2. We were leading separate lives.

You used to travel the same path side by side, but lately your interests have diverged. You want to do your own thing like hangout with the boys, go gallivanting on your own while the woman has to stay home or find her own interests and hobbies.
When you start doing things separately, the odds of connecting with others who share your interests increase, especially when there are underlying problems already. There is a possibility that doing things separately will bring either party close to people that share the same interests as they do and anything could happen from there.
One woman told me of how she began attending a local dance class as her man was always out doing his own thing. She met a guy who also attended this dance class and they would spend hours talking about their passion for dance. He was such a good listener and showed great interest in whatever she had to say. He made her feel really important and special. One thing led to another and eventually they went from the dance floor to beneath the sheets.

3. The spark has gone.

I realised that some women in seemingly good marriages could still cheat. YES.

Some of these women had a nice family, kids and even said that their husbands were terrific guys. The reason they gave for cheating was boredom.
The relationship had become monotonous and all excitement had disappeared. The man had stopped being romantic and they felt the need for excitement. At this stage, the woman may start to feel that a casual affair may bring back the passion and thrill she seeks.

4. The fantasy has fizzled.

A corollary to fizzling passion occurs when the romance fades and she realizes the guy is not the fantasy man she fell in love with. Instead, he's a mass of irksome habits that are starting to get under her skin.

"Women who have false illusions tend to end up cheating because they never really knew the guy to begin with... or hoped he would change.
The moment prince charming doesn't seem that charming anymore, anything could happen.

5. She needs a confidence boost.

Many women tried to justify their cheating by saying they were pushed to it. The man paid less attention to them, called them names, often put them down and made them feel less of themselves and unattractive.
Sleeping with someone else was a way to prove to themselves that they were still desirable and that they could still have any man they wanted.

6. Payback.
"Hell hath no fury like a woman scorned".

And when a woman catches her man with his hand in someone else's cookie jar, she figures she's got a right to a little indulgence of her own.

A lot of the women cheated because they felt betrayed and decided to do the same. They felt that doing this would help their broken hearts heal faster.

7. Sex or should I say lack thereof.

A few women did say that although they had a good relationship and a good man, they felt deprived and neglected sexually. The man hardly touched them as he was always too busy taking care of business and family matters. This made them feel very unattractive and lonely.
One woman told me that they sometimes went a whole month without sex and as a result she needed to prove to herself that she was still attractive and sexy. She met a guy online and that was how it all started.

Dele's Final Thought:

Guys, this should be an eye opener to you all. A woman is like a flower that needs constant love and attention. Do not take them for granted but rather treat them with tenderness and respect.

Perform your duties in the home and bedroom as women have needs too. Constantly remind them of how beautiful they are and how happy you are to have them as a partner. Try your best to keep the romance you once shared alive and let her know how much you care.

Some months later, on my birthday, my car broke down on the way home
from work. Since I lived in the countryside I called my husband and
told him that I would be late because I had to walk home. On my way, I
passed by a small diner and the odor of baked beans was more than I
could stand. With miles to walk, I figured that I would walk off any ill effects by the time I reached home, so I stopped at the diner and before I knew it, I had consumed three large orders of baked beans. All the way home, I made sure that I released all the gas.

Upon my arrival, my husband seemed excited to see me and exclaimed delightedly: 'Darling I have a surprise for dinner tonight.'

He then blindfolded me and led me to my chair at the dinner table. I took a seat and just as he was about to remove my blindfold, the telephone rang. He made me promise not to touch the blindfold until he returned and went to answer the call. The baked beans I had consumed were still affecting me and the pressure was becoming most unbearable, so while my husband was out of the room I seized the opportunity, shifted my weight to one leg and let one go. It was not only loud, but it smelled like a fertilizer truck running over a skunk in front of a pulpwood mill. I took my napkin from my lap and fanned the air around me vigorously. Then, shifting to the other cheek, I let off three more. The smell was worse than cooked cabbage.

Keeping my ears carefully tuned to the conversation in the other room, I went on like this for another few minutes. The pleasure was indescribable. When eventually the telephone farewells signaled the end of my freedom, I quickly fanned the air a few more times wit h my napkin, placed it on my lap and folded my hands back on it feeling very relieved and pleased with myself.

My face must have been the picture of innocence when my husband
returned, apologizing for taking so long. He asked me if I had peeked through the blindfold, and I assured him I had not.
At this point, he removed the blindfold, and twelve dinner guests seated around the table chorused:

Dishonest politicians will drop dead this year – Cleric
By TUNDE THOMAS

Dishonest politicians who loot the nation’s treasuries, and other forms of economic crime against the people will be severely dealt with before the end of this year, a top cleric has declared.

Making the declaration at the end of a special 40-day fast and revival organized by the Celestial Church of Christ, El-Morijah, Olubukun Parish, Igbogbo, Ikorodu in Lagos, the shepherd in-charge, Prophet Johnson Abiodun Adesugba said God had revealed to him His divine plans to punish deceitful politicians in the country.
According to him, God specifically told him that the pay time has come for some politicians who take special delight in looting the nation’s treasury.Prophet Adesugba further revealed that many corrupt politicians will drop dead, while mysterious ailment will afflict others.
“God is angry with our nation’s political leaders. The Holy Spirit revealed to me that a mighty wind will sweep across this country and this gale will consume many dishonest political leaders. Some of our leaders will suddenly drop dead, while others will have sicknesses that will defy treatment. When all this things are happening, nobody should panic, it is God’s prophesy that is manifesting. The cups of many politicians are full, and now it is judgment time,” he said.
The chartered accountant turned cleric said when strange things are happening to politicians, Nigerians shouldn’t sympathise with them, adding that God was set to liberate the citizens of the country from the grip of bad rulers.
Adesugba, who said that the only way to avert the looming calamity is for those who have stolen to return such loot to the nation’s treasury, averred that God was determined to deal with any corrupt politician.
“There is still a period of grace of just two weeks and precisely speaking, the end of August. The time for any repentant politician to return stolen money will lapse by the end of August. For any corrupt politician who wants to be spared, such should take advantage of the few days left. Enough is enough, God is angry that Nigerians are hungry amidst plenty,” he stated.
Describing most of the nation’s political leaders as betrayers, the cleric said many of them deceived Nigerians that they would provide selfless services if elected into office, but noted that they did the opposite of what they promised.
“Most of these people are not men of honour. They don’t fulfill their electoral promises. What they are interested in is sharing money. Nigeria is a blessed country. We have no reason to be suffering. It is because our leaders are greedy that we have all these problems. As an oil-producing country, we have no reason to have our streets lined with beggars. Our hospitals have no drugs, they have become only consulting clinics, and to show the wickedness of our leaders, whenever they fall sick, they rush abroad for treatment.
Nigerians should pray collectively for God to give this nation a leader that is ready to genuinely serve the people,” he declared.
The cleric further condemned ministers of God who are in the habit of telling the nation’s leaders only what they want to hear instead of what God is saying concerning them.
He warned dubious clerics to desist, adding that if they failed to do so, they will incur the wrath of God.
“For those who have ears to hear, let them hear very well. Ministers of God who are in the habit of telling lies to our political leaders in order to get money or contracts should desist from doing so. It is either they live up to expectation or they will run into trouble. It is unfortunate that many ministers, we have today are only concerned about what they will eat. They are ministers of stomachs rather than being ministers of God. It is either they retrace their steps now or be ready to suffer for their folly,” he declared.
Calling on President Umaru Musa Yar’Adua to put in place socio-economic programmes that will alleviate sthe hardship of the masses, the cleric said the president should not allow his advisers to deceive him into believing that all is well

(ABUJA, Nigeria) — An Iranian trade delegation announced an agreement Thursday for Iran to share peaceful nuclear technology with Nigeria, to help Africa's biggest oil producer bolster its woeful electricity-generation capacity.
Officials of both countries stressed that the agreement involves only the peaceful uses of atomic energy.

Iran is under sanctions for defying UN. Security Council demands to halt uranium enrichment until it answers Western suspicions its nuclear program is trying to develop atomic weapons. Iran insists its program is intended only to use nuclear reactors to generate electricity.
Iran, with Russian help, is finishing construction of its first nuclear-powered electricity station, a 1,000-megawatt reactor in the southern city of Bushehr scheduled to begin operation early next year. The Tehran regime has said it plans to build six more nuclear plants by 2021.

Mohammad Ali Zeyghami, a commerce official leading the Iranian delegation, said Iran has the right to share its nuclear know-how with Nigeria. He said oil and other fossil fuels will run out one day and it is crucial to develop other energy sources.
"Nobody can limit the use of knowledge anywhere in the world," Zeyghami said.
Details of the deal were not announced, so it was unclear what technology Iran would provide to Nigeria, which does not have a nuclear energy program now.

Tijanni Kaura, a senior Nigerian Foreign Ministry official, said the agreement deals only with peaceful nuclear technology and shouldn't be seen as an attempt by Africa's most populous nation to start an atomic weapons program.
"Nigeria is never entering into any agreement with Iran for any matter that has to do with weapons," Kaura said.
"There shouldn't be a misunderstanding between exploration or uses of energy to provide power and the uses of energy for weapons , so that our relationship with Iran will not be misconstrued by Nigerians and the entire international community."

Nigeria is Africa's biggest petroleum producer, but decades of neglect and corruption in the energy sector have left the country with almost no way to refine crude oil into fuels used to power electricity-generating stations.
Most of the country's 140 million people get only a few hours of state-provided electricity a day, and businesses must rely on costly diesel generators to power their plants.
For Tu face it was easy to decipher because his lyrics where mostly in pidgin english and which most Nigerian tribes can relate to, but can we say the same about 9ice?

This is deep, so take your time.
.

Why Did You Make Me Black Lord ....
Lord .... Why did you make me black?
Why did you make someone
the world would hold back?
Black is the color of dirty clothes,
of grimy hands and feet...
Black is the color of darkness,
of tired beaten streets...
Why did you give me thick lips,
a broad nose and kinky hair?
Why did you create someone
who receives the hated stare?

Black is the color of the bruised eye
when someone gets hurt...
Black is the color of darkness,
black is the color of dirt.

Why is my bone structure so thick,
my hips and cheeks so high?
Why are my eyes brown,
and not the color of the sky?

Why do people think I'm useless?
How come I feel so used?
Why do people see my skin
and think I should be abused?

Lord, I just don't understand...
What is it about my skin?
Why is it some people want to hate me
and not know the person within?

Black is what people are 'Labeled'
when others want to keep them away...
Black is the color of shadows cast...
Black is the end of the day.

Lord you know my own people mistreat me,
and you know this just ain't right...
They don't like my hair, they don't like my
skin, as they say I'm too dark or too light!

Lord, don't you think
it's time to make a change?
Why don't you redo creation
and make everyone the same?

THE LORD'S Reply:
Why did I make you black?
Why did I make you black?

I made you in the color of coal
from which beautiful diamonds are formed...
I made you in the color of oil,
the black gold which keeps people warm.

Your color is the same as the rich dark soil
that grows the food you need...
Your color is the same as the black stallion and
panther, Oh what majestic creatures indeed!

All colors of the heavenly rainbow
can be found throughout every nation...
When all these colors are blended,
you become my greatest creation!

Your hair is the texture of lamb's wool,
such a beautiful creature is he...
I am the shepherd who watches them,
I will ALWAYS watch over thee!

You are the color of the midnight sky,
I put star glitter in your eyes...
There's a beautiful smile hidden behind your pain...
That's why your cheeks are so high!

You are the color of dark clouds
from the hurricanes I create in September...
I made your lips so full and thick,
so when you kiss...they will remember!

Your stature is strong,
your bone structure thick to withstand the
burden of time...
The reflection you see in the mirror,
that image that looks back,..that is MINE!

So get off your knees,
look in the mirror and tell me what you see?
I didn't make you in the image of darkness...
I made you in the image of ME!

I don't know why wives bellyache about their husbands taking off with their mistresses. If they know how much work those girls do to keep other people's properties, the wives would keep quiet. Yes, it's tough being a wife but by Jove it's tougher being a mistress. Keeping what's not yours requires a lot of gut and staying power.

It's also not a business for cowards. It's not a venture for those who don't want to sweat. It's tension soaked, energy- sapping, emotional and spiritual – intensive business. And the big players, know the stakes. That's why when they reap the fruits of their labour, we all can't help but gape. So when next you open a soft – sell magazine and see some beautiful 35-year-old opening up about her life and business in the oil sector, don't think she got there by generally doing what you do. There's a lot of hard work involved in being a successful enviable mistress of the right guy. Emphasis on the right guy. You think you go to church? Mistresses go to churches. They move from one miracle – distributing church to the other. They sleep on mountains for days. They fast move and longer than wives. For them, being a mistress is a major investment that must be guarded jealously, watered intensely and watched over with every drop of blood.

Wives have tendencies to relax and take their investments for granted. Not mistresses. The goose that lays the golden eggs must be put in a golden cage. I remember vividly my experience in the waiting room of a Moroccan massage parlour last year. I was waiting for my turn when some of the attendants of the establishment brought out all kinds of 'gadgets' to keep a man's attention. Oh boy, it was one long sex education, the kind you can find only when big girls are teaching one another survival tricks.

There was this ointment (or was it a cream?) that was offered me for N5,000. It's job? It'll keep the man asking for more. Just rub it down below and the man will go to heaven and return as many times as he wants. It was a small jar. The big jar was N10,000. While I was trying to make up my mind if I wanted to try the cream or even if I had the energy to send someone to heaven more than once, the girls brought out this gigantic bottle. You need your two hands to carry it and the liquid content cost N25,000.

The bottle, according to the girls, had been buried in the ground for one whole year, yes 12 months. For efficacy. It's strictly for feminine use. It smells great and it is supposed to do greater things for your man in your bed. I bet you are dying to know which one I bought. I'm not telling. The lesson is mistresses invest in their paraphernalia of office and I saw a few things that day. Stuffs were bought for good money too. Just think about it.

I'm sure you have heard or read stories of undergraduates and 25-year-olds ending up in the kind of wealth you and I only dream of. I'm sure you have also wondered where those girls got their 'heads' from and why yours is not fetching you money or even love. But what are you doing about it? You think you can just wish for a shop in Ikoyi, a duplex in Victoria Island and summer holiday in Barbados and they all fall in your pretty laps? Not on your dreaming life. You work for it, girl. That's why those smart ones outside can hold their sugar daddies. That's also why some wives are having more fun than the others.
Have you had white fast this year and for how many days?

You are eating like food's going out of fashion while your husband's girlfriend is fasting her waist away. She's losing waist' and you are gaining it. She's locked up somewhere in one white-garment church doing cross-road prayers and you are nagging about 'aso-ebi'? Jazz don catch you, baby. You don't even know what cross-road prayer is? I'll bail you out. Cross-road prayer is one where you lock up yourself for a day, two days or for as long as you can to pray without talking to anybody. You just keep praying, talking only to God until He does it.

Adejoke (you don't think that's her real name, do you?) just finished her seven-day white fast. Her prayer point? Her politician boyfriend just bought her a Honda Element and she wants to park it in front of a befitting house in Maitama Abuja. She believes if she asks God and does as her prophet decrees, it'd be done. If she gets it, what would you think? It's crazy, isn't it?

There are other spiritual exercises like being on a prayer mountain for days so a man can keep doing what you want him to do even when you are not legally married to him. Frightening but true. Some of these smart girls know all the prayer mountains from Ede to Oke Erinmo to Kaduna. And they go there for prayers. Now, I'm not saying that religious leaders aid and abet untoward things; I'm just concerned that wives shouldn't think it's okay to just assume that husbands are forever. No, they are not. There are too many girls out there who want your man, probably more than you do. They are working harder than you think. I also learnt that there are prayers to bring down the holy books and that takes five to seven for 'men of God' to do. If you have only daughters for your husband and he has assured you that 'nothing spoil', don't take anything for granted.

In fact, don't believe him or rest on your oars. His girlfriends are working day and night to get him an heir. I just found out that there's an hospital in Kuwait where there are specialists who help to fix sex of a baby with appreciable success rate. Yes, Kuwait, these girls will go anywhere to please your man and you are there taking him for granted. Kuwait is where she'd take him for the next summer and she'd get the right male chromosomes out of him to consolidate her hold in your business.

And the rain of twins everywhere? Have you wondered if God just suddenly opened the windows of heaven for twins to be born in Nigeria? No. Fertility dugs are here to the rescue. And while wives are ready to continue to 'believe God' for the fruit of the womb, the mistresses are going through the pain of injecting themselves with fertility stuff and monitoring every change in their bodies to produce that fruit of the womb.

So what have we learnt? Life, marriage is a cutthroat business where he who endures wins gold or dies at the finishing line

what do you think?

2Face is now an international star, defininately the latest one to come out of Africa.

Last week 2Face reportedly hit the studios to record a duet with R&B superstar R.Kelly. Sources told Glitz Beats that both singers first met in October 2007 shorty after 2Face’s robbery attack. It is believed that’s when they laid the foundation for the collaboration.

Akon has also reportedly expressed interest in working with 2Face.
I don't how true this really is, but given 2 face's rep internationally, this can actually be true!

An undercover BBC investigation has exposed how young African footballers are being conned out of thousands of dollars by Nigerian fraudsters.

They prey on the thousands of amateur players who post their details online hoping to be spotted by English agents.

One gang which was confronted pretended to be Manchester United officials working with manager Sir Alex Ferguson.

Another conman was impersonating the chief talent scout for Chelsea to trick naive teenagers into wiring him cash.

Victims are often duped into sending money in the false belief that they are paying official registration fees to have a trial to play for their favourite English Premier League clubs.

The fraudsters simply pocket the money and disappear.

Registration fees

For the BBC investigation, an undercover reporter played the role of the father of a young Ghanaian striker keen to make it big in England.

In that guise, he contacted a man who called himself "Paul Jones" and claimed online to represent Manchester United.

As soon as your child comes over here in London, the club will sponsor their food, their accommodation

Conman who claimed to work for Manchester United

A football scam victim's story
In e-mails and secretly recorded phone conversations, Mr Jones claimed that Sir Alex was so impressed by the BBC's fictional player that he wanted him to come for a two-year trial.

Mr Jones said that the club would coach the player to stardom once a "registration fee" of more than $7,000 (£3,500) was paid.

"As soon as your child comes over here in London, the club will sponsor their food, their accommodation, all the necessary things they need in the club. So after two years of the training, if the player performs well, he will join Manchester United," Mr Jones promised in one call.

In an effort to persuade the undercover reporter that his offer was genuine, Mr Jones e-mailed several fake player registration forms.

The documents were headed with the club's official logo. But one obvious error was that the instructions stated the form should be addressed to legendary United manager, Sir Matt Busby - who died in 1994.

But it appears that Mr Jones was hijacking more than simply Manchester United's reputation.

Paul Jones is almost certainly not the conman's real name.

It appears likely he was hoping potential victims would be fooled into thinking he was a real-life Paul Jones, a London lawyer who has founded a community football project which helps develop poor young players in Ghana.

Many youngsters dream of becoming the next Kanu or Emmanuel Adebayor
In a sting operation the BBC's undercover reporter persuaded the conman to send his assistant, a "Dr Frank Johnson" to meet him at a hotel in the Nigerian city of Lagos to receive the cash in person.

At the meeting Dr Johnson was secretly filmed as he produced another fake registration form.

He assured the undercover reporter that Manchester United were keen to recruit more African players and that his son would be well provided for.

"What we do is give them a good contract. That is why you have to sign as a sponsor," he said.

"We will prepare an apartment for your son and give him special training so he will improve. Then we will set him up with another club or he will play with us."

Dr Johnson's sales pitch was brought to an abrupt end when BBC reporter Gavin Lee and a camera crew approached and confronted him.

Despite the evidence on tape, Dr Johnson initially denied he was a fake. But he later confessed that his real name was John and that he was ashamed of his actions.

Football is seen as a way to escape Nigeria's poverty
He was taken away and questioned by a Nigerian policeman who provided security for the sting.

The BBC team was allowed to examine Dr Johnson's mobile phone and found it contained texts that suggested he was involved with scams involving victims across Africa and Europe. Several people had sent him their bank details.

In the phone's directory the number for the BBC's undercover reporter was listed under "mugu" - the word used by Nigerian fraudsters to describe those that they swindle.

Another conman recorded by the BBC claimed to be Mike Emenalo, the former Nigerian international player who is Chelsea's chief talent scout.

The fake Mr Emenalo was brazen enough to advertise his services on a legitimate sports website.

He claimed to be so impressed by the record of the BBC's fake player that he immediately offered him a trial with the club. This time the fee demanded was $4,000 (£2,000).

Nigerian star Kanu gives his advice to African footballers who want to play in Europe
Nigeria's Sport and Tourism Ambassador John Fashanu commended the BBC investigation for highlighting the perils faced by young African players who want to play abroad.

The former Wimbledon player and England international said there needed to be greater action against the conmen who were ripping off their fellow Africans.

"They have seen an opportunity to make money and they are making money off desperate young Nigerian, Ghanaian, South African, African, Third World country footballers who all want to live of professional footballers like Thierry Henry, Kanu and Jay Jay Okocha," he said.

The English Football Association says it has taken steps to alert the public and other national associations about the scam.

"The FA investigated the complaints and passed on our findings to the relevant law enforcement agencies, whom we continue to liaise with and assist in relation to these matters," it said in a statement.

Often those who fall for scammers like this are from poor backgrounds. Their families scrape together the fees in the vain hope of giving their children a route out of poverty.

Players as young as 12 post their photo, phone number, e-mail address and in some cases even their passport details online in the hope of getting an agent.

Most appear to be unaware that English clubs would never demand money from a player they were considering signing.

These ambitious amateurs seem largely ignorant that under immigration regulations it would be impossible for them to get a British work permit.

They would not qualify as they have not played several games for their own national sides. And it is this naivety which the fraudsters exploit to ruthless effect
