A Nigerian woman who bought a baby for £370 in Nigeria so she can receive a London pad faces jail for fraud. Peace Sandberg, 40, a Kensington Housing Trust worker flew to Nigeria from the UK to collect a 3 month old baby after being told dhe faced eviction from her council flat. She had been living in temporary accommodation becouse she had a 12 year old daughter. But council officers discovered that the girl was living abroad with her father and Sanberg was informed that she had to leave the building.
Police were called in and they found a receipt 90,000 0r £370 which is thought to be the amount she pays for baby.
